Bonding - Case 1

Before:Grossly discolored and worn bonding on right central.
After:Replaced bonding on upper right central - That's all! This shows the huge improvement that can, in some cases, be achieved with a single, simple procedure.

Bonding - Case 2

Before:Right lateral tucked inward, old worn bonding at midline of right central, chipped and worn edge of right central.
After:Bonding on right lateral and central only, brought lateral forward and corrected chipped edge and dark midline of right central.

Bonding - Case 3

Before:Gap between two lower front teeth; patient complained about food packing here.
After:Bonding to close space; greatly improved esthetics and eliminated the food trap.

Bonding - Case 4

Before:Patient was unhappy with her "underbite".
After:Performed Bonding procedure on upper front 8 teeth for "instant ortho"; giving the appearance of bringing the teeth into proper alignment.

Veneers - Case 1

Before: Ten year old bonding exhibiting staining, discoloration and wear.
After: New porcelain veneers on the front 6 teeth that will never discolor or wear.

Veneers - Case 2

Before:Unesthetic gaps and spacing.
After:Porcelain veneers on the front 6 teeth placed to close all spaces.

Veneers - Case 3

Before:Crooked, overlapped teeth, poor arch form, loss of gum papilla between left central and lateral.
After:Porcelain veneers on front 6 teeth to bring teeth into correct arch form and correct overlapping of the teeth (instant ortho).
Note:The periodontist (gum specialist) was unable to recreate the lost gum tissue, so we fabricated a removable gum overlay that locked into the undercuts between the teeth for an undetectable repair and natural-appearing gums.

Veneers - Case 4

Before:Crooked, overlapping teeth with poor arch form. This patient was a prominent businessman who talked with his hand over his mouth because of his dislike for the appearence of his teeth.
After:Porcelain veneers on the front 6 teeth for instant ortho. The patient's only complaint was that he had to work to break the habit of covering his mouth because he now wanted to show off his beautiful new smile.

Veneers - Case 5

Before:Small laterals that were tucked in a bit, slight discoloration.
This is not a bad smile at all, but this person worked in the dental field (for another DDS, I might add) and she knew the potential for improving her smileand she selected Dr. Kenny to do her work.
After:Porcelain veneers on the front 6 teeth to further perfect her already nice smile.

Veneers - Case 6

Before:Discoloration, unattractive and stained old fillings, less than perfect arch form; This patient was an obstetrician who hated her smile in all of those "holding the new baby" pictures.
After:Porcelain veneers on the front 10 teeth (due to her wide smile) to greatly brighten her smile and correct the arch form; snapshots are no longer a concern for her!

Veneers - Case 7

Before:A patient in her late 70's whose teeth reflected a long life of staining and wear.
After:Porcelain veneers placed on the front 10 teeth to brighten her smile, lengthen the teeth and take years off her appearance.

Veneers - Case 8

Before:Tetracycline discolored teeth with worn and chipped edges and protruding left lateral, lower tooth is mottled and misshapen.
After:Porcelain veneers on upper front 8 teeth and lower front 4 teeth to whiten smile (even tetracycline stains) and correct various imperfections.

Veneers - Case 9

Before:Worn and chipped teeth, discolored.
After:Placed 10 porcelain veneers on the upper and 10 porcelain veneers on the lower for a bright, perfect smile.

Veneers - Case 10

Before:Discolored, overcrowded teeth.
After:Porcelain veneers on upper front 10 teeth for "instant ortho" and a much brighter smile.

Veneers - Case 11

Before:Stained and misaligned teeth with poor spacing.
After:Porcelain veneers placed on 10 teeth to correct the discolorations, alignment and gaps.

Veneers - Case 12

Before:Stained and misaligned teeth with poor spacing.
After:Porcelain veneers placed on 10 teeth to correct the discolorations, alignment and gaps.

Crowns - Case 1

Before: Discoloration of root canal treated tooth, misalignment and poor arch form.
After: The root canal treated tooth received a full coverage porcelain crown, while the other front 5 teeth received porcelain veneers for instant ortho and consistency of tooth color.

Crowns - Case 2

Before:Excessive decays and extreme mal-alignment; This patient was a dental supply sales rep who frequented many dental offices and chose Dr. Kenny to perform his dentistry!
After: Full coverage porcelain crowns on the 2 front centrals and the right (very dark) lateral, porcelain veneers on the other 3 front teeth to give this patient a totally new smile and renewed self esteem.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation - Case 1

Before: Excessively discolored, aggressive wear, unsightly old restorations, decreased bite dimensions.
After: Full Mouth Rehabilitation with crowns or veneers on all teeth - restored aesthetics, arch form and vertical dimension (bite height).

What a beautiful and complete transformation.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation - Case 2

Before:Tetracycline stains, missing laterals, over-closed bite; patient had TMJ pain.
After: Full Mouth Rehabilitation with porcelain crown or veneers on each tooth; whitened smile, corrected arch form and tooth shape and alleviated the TMJ pain!!

Full Mouth Rehabilitation - Case 3

Before:This patient had suffered aggressive dental deterioration from years of heavy grinding and clinching.  He had worn all of his teeth down in the back which led to the front teeth being worn down almost to the gums.
After:Due to the extent of the wear on the patient’s teeth, it was necessary to place crowns on all of his teeth in order to re-establish the correct and comfortable bite.  This re-established bite then created the room necessary to rebuild his front teeth to a natural and esthetically pleasing length.

Bridge - Case 1

Before: Chipped and worn teeth, missing lateral.
After: Crowns and a bridge to repair worn teeth, replaced the missing tooth and brightened the smile.
Note: Notice the pink porcelain used at the top of the replacement tooth so she wouldn't have a tooth that was so much longer than the others.

Partial - Case 1

Before:Newly fabricated partial denture replacing 5 teeth and with "invisible" acrylic clasps (these clasps can be pink, tooth colored or clear depending on their placement).
After: That same partial denture in the mouth.....it is virtually undetectable.

Crowns - Case 3

Before:Two existing unsightly crowns on periodontally involved teeth, discoloration throughout, tissue defect above the centrals due to ill fitting crowns; This patient had been in the dental field for 23 years before she finally "felt comfortable enough with a dentist's work to get her teeth fixed"! She asked Dr. Kenny to fix her smile.
After:Full coverage porcelain crowns on the front 4 teeth; these crowns were all attached together to help provide support to the periodontally involved centrals.
Note:Notice the improved tissue health and contour above the centrals in response to perfectly fitting crowns.
